At Teton Gravity Research, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print the packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized USPS collection point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
